Return Policy 30 Day Return Policy (Less S&H)
You have 30 days to review any item if not completely satisfied return the item for a refund of the price of the item. Shipping is not refunded. On items where free shipping was given a $10.00 Fee will be withheld from the purchase price to cover such shipping expenses. All Returnable items must be returned in original condition with all original packaging.
Other Return Exclusions Include
Cd's and Software once opened may not be returned for a refund. Cd's and Software may only be exchanged only for same item. We do not own a shrink wrap machine to reseal these items for resale.
Engraved items Cannot be returned for Credit.
We will promptly credit the original credit card for the purchase price of the kaleidoscope. We cannot issue credits for shipping costs as those are services that have already been completed.
